Sponsors and participants should abide by the "seven bottom lines" requirements such as laws and regulations, socialist system, national interests, citizens' legitimate rights and interests, social public order, morals and information authenticity. The release of party information, party organization, party activities, and the behavior of sponsors and participants must not involve the following content:

1) Oppose the basic principles established by the Constitution;
